Is this game worth it?

Postby Aserrisnepnier » Thu Jul 07, 2011 10:48 pm

When I went to wal-mart with my brother and my dad for Pokemon Black/White's release, I was looking at what games they had. NIER for 15-30 dollars, sweet. Heavenly Sword 15 dollars, nice.

Then I saw Phantom Brave and noticed it was published by NIS America.

I was a lil interested, but I had no money with me and I knew my dad wouldn't buy me anything.

If I actually brought money with me, should I have picked it up or no?

which version are you talking about?

Get the PSP version if you can, or the Wii version if you can't get the PSP version as both of them have another Another Marona mode and the PSP version has Asagi, Zetta, Unlosing Ranger, Hero Prinny and Castille as extra playable characters. Phantom Brave is an excellent game.

You really should get a PSP if you don't have one already, because all the NIS games are on it except Soul Nomad, and Zettai Hero Project is a PSP exclusive.

PSP version was $20 (it may be cheaper now), that's the definite version (at least, better than the PS2 version and equal to the Wii version).

I remember being really excited for another Nisa game back when Phantom Brave came out, and this was coming just off of playing Disgaea and La Pucelle (I think), and I just couldn't really get into it.

Of course, there are people who love it as much as I dislike it, so your situation may vary.

The highlight for me was whenever I heard someone shout
