And I've returned to say that I've just finished translating the booklet from the Ar=Ciel Ar=Dor album. If you want to learn more about the myths of Ar Ciel, the Wills of the Planet, or see how the regions used to be before the Sea of Death, feel free to give this a read.

Ugh, I really want to read that but I haven't even opened Qoga yet. I think this is one of the few series that I got really into the lore and such with and would like to learn more but but I don't want to spoil the game, lol!

I think it'll make a lot more sense after you've beaten it, actually...

Isn't that what I was suggesting? I don't want to read it until after I play the game at least, lest there be any spoilers as well. :)

That was an amazing read, unbelievable how vast the ammount of information left out of the games (directly anyway) could be, and the impact that this information has on interpreting the story of the game itself. Thank you Aquagon for your much appreciated contribution to the english fanbase.

By the way, I had forgotten to post this, but a few days ago, I finished with the translation for the Salavec rhaplanca booklet that was offered with Shikata's Harmonia album. It hope it serves to give you all some insight on that story.

Aw...you do remember me...:P

Then again, I've used this avatar like, forever...LOL...I finally got around to uploading an avatar, even though the dimensions for it are a bit sloppy...

But yeah, I just got done reading the last thing you translated...I've always been a fan of the Rhaplanca and Maoh folklore/stories/songs...I always love reading new things about it, so thanks again for the sharing!

I'm glad that you liked these legends, and I'm equally glad that I could at last shed light on the most mysterious of the Rhaplanca legends, despite being the most tragic of them all.
And of course, I could never forget you, since you're one of the members at ARM for which I have quite a lot of respect. :D

Oh wow...didn't expect that last line...I tend to have a lesser, well, following wherever I go since I can be brutally honest...a lot...LOL

I think it's safe to say I probably have more respect for you though, given how much of your own time you've donated to doing translating projects, whether it be for gaming news, game mythology, or lyrics...
