Start off at the link that was posted earlier for the app in question (assuming it's free, otherwise just pick a free app in the JP store). BS your address.

even if you DL the app on your computer, you still need a Japanese ( or whatever country the app you want to get comes from) account in order to DL it. I had some issues at first when creating an account but it really isn't that different than creating a Japanese PSN account. The only difference is when you are asked about kind of payment, make sure to select "pay later" or "gift card" or something to that effect, I forget.

I'd really like to see Oreimo brought to the US! Though it will not happen due to the lack of a large audience of people. (People who buy oreimo would, most likely, be the ones who have watched the show and that is it.) Another reason why oreimo probably will not be brought over is that it has an omake where the characters from oreimo are cosplaying the characters from Index and Railgun (it would likely incur more licensing fees if this mode was kept)

Wow what a mr. negative new vassal you are oviously we all understand those reasons but this is what fans are wanting to see something happen despite the mountain of issues that would keep it from happening.

that's great to know, because realistically-speaking it has less than a 1 percent chance of actually getting licensed. unless it's Naruto, DBZ or Bleach, anime games don't sell and publishers know this better than anyone. it's difficult to even get retailers to stock them.
