atlus did a few titles back in the day. So its possible.

Atlus localized a bunch of the OG games for GBA and DS. i wouldn't be surprised if they pick this up.

from what I am a reading this is a sequel to the ps2 game which in turn was the enhanced remake of both the gba games

i say imo this game has better chance of coming out in the usa because of ps3 still makes money also bleach ps3 came out 'cause its on the ps3
