I'm not sure how well Sakura Wars sold or Disgaea Infinite but I enjoyed both of those games and I would guess that they fall under the visual novel genre. Famitisu scored this visual novel/adventure game with a perfect 40/40 across the board and was already ported to the PS3 from it's original release on the Wii. I know that currently Nippon Ichi is trying to focus it's efforts on expanding it's PS3 market and I think that this might be a cool game to recommend. It would be totally unlike anything that NISA has released before content-wise which has always been more light-hearted in tone but this would be a more serious mystery game which would be cool to explore and see if audiences would dig more of these types of games. I'm a huge fan of adventure games and would love to see more of these types of games coming out on consoles.

Same. I've been looking at this game for a while and was considering putting this post up earlier but wasn't sure if it would be a game that NISA would be excited about but I figured what the heck maybe they would love this idea as much as me.

Looks like it's on the PSP, too.

Maybe playing up the (sort of) link to the Canaan anime (which has been released in the West already) might help?
