Wow. So this is what went on a couple of years back. Silly reason to sue for copyright. It's like if you're not allowed to use the word Country in any other game title because Nintendo (or is it RARE) owns the right to the word because of the Donkey Kong Country Trilogy. I doubt it's true. In any case, it's still silly.

It was because someone trademarked a word and used that to try and (mostly successfully) bully small devs who dare use the word in their title.
Eventually they were stripped of everything after foolishly trying to go after EA for Mirror's Edge, as they could fight back.
