look i know its been like 3 years since the anime but still it got pretty good ratings and not only that they say its because they have no more things to add but their wrong what about after reuniting with each other or many have been wandering if he proposes to her right after he sees her people would atleast be satisfied with seing atleast until a wedding day please the show cant end like that so pplease file petitions do to if you could get any probabilities of their being a second season..

Second season won't happen. The first season covered the entire novel series.

The best we could hope for as a second season would be the Toradora Spin-off! novels, which is nothing more than a collection of short stories, a lot of which don't even focus on the main cast.

...I'd be more than okay with that, of course.

While I would love more Toradora, it probably just won't happen. I think it would be great though if they were able to put out a movie or short OVA series based on side-story or spin-off material like Daverost mentions. I don't know if I would really want to see another full season being produced and potentially watering down the series by not living up to the original.

Like the others say it wouldnt be possible for the second season, maybe extra OVA but it seems like it stuck with 1 season. It was a great series but I don't know how they would extend another 24 episodes when everything is basically covered.

Even if it were to happen, my main question would be, how would the creators be able to think of what to add to the story. Ryuji made his final decision on who he wanted to be with and that's all we really needed. I mean sure it would be nice to see what happens to everyone else, but the story wasn't really about that. Even if they made a movie just to say that they added something more to the series, I doubt the movie will take place after the ending of the seires.

When you have a harem series, it's about seeing who the main guy(and once in awhile girl) character to see who they end up with with using have a videogame where you can have multiple endings of who that main character will be with.

So in short, we have the whole main story. Even if there was a petition, it's not like the Japanese creators are going to see it or even know that you even want a 2nd season because in their eyes and most fan's eyes, the series is complete with a very clear ending and not some ending that makes you guess on who Ryuji ends up with or some crap like that.

If they wanted to make a 2nd season, the only time they could have done that is by seperating the 1st half of the series from the 2nd half which had more drama than the 1st.
