maybe they purposely didnt have it a tiger?
but indeed looks exactly like Taiga

There might be a key in all of the moonrunes there, but I can't read 'em.

It says "doradora"(ドラドラ) so that's probably a mock reference to it.

Not exactly a cameo, but Toradora got a quick mention of sorts in the last Durarara special.

So those Durarara shots in the first post? They'll be on Adult Swim tonight. It's technically Toradora's first appearance on American TV, even if it is a cameo :3

I couldn't hold my excitement when I saw the toradora references in Durarara. I had to pause the episode and take a deep breath lol.
