Um, don't forget that there may be licensing restrictions put in by the creators. Certain series have some really weird limits, most notably Fate/Zero. It's possible that they weren't allowed to include the Japanese track, and jumping to blame a company may not be the best plan.

Maybe it's a good thing I don't own a business, because I would run it to the ground by rejecting license terms like this >.> For example, I choose not to support some of the local Madison stores because they don't understand that they treat their customers like shit.

I wonder if Sentai had the option to drop the license, or if Persona 4 was part of some multi-license deal or "maintaining relationships with Japanese companies" deal. I mean, it would suck to lose a bigger license, but those terms seem rather poor.

I honestly think Sentai would have been better off leaving this license be. It's only going to hurt their company.

Fate/Zero (and the Kara no Kyoukai movies on BD) is just Aniplex making sure it doesn't lose money by controlling prices on both sides.
