Honestly, what catches my mind the most, and won't leave, is

the message that was sent from Hongou at the very beginning. I just can't get the thought of it out of my mind. Something about timing and whatnot. She could have easily just told who the killer was supposed to be during that text. And it makes me think she could easily text them who the killer is supposed to be. Something about it just seems off. Her friend is oddly quiet as well. And then there's the absentee, though I'm sure she's just going to be someone to provide some outside information that you wouldn't get unless you weren't there during the whole thing.

Gotta say, I really liked the twist at the end of ep 10.

I think the obvious ship is Houtarou x Eru, but I think Mayaka fits with him better. I like their interplay, and they seem more suited, especially after Satoshi's comment about being a "Sherlockian."

I thought of the rope since when Houtarou mentioned Sawakiguchi's theory, there I thought of Haba's as well.
These epilogues are quite similar to the ones you find in Agatha Christie's novels: you're sure that's the very end of the story and everything seems perfect, but there's actually something (important) that you forgot to consider.
