yeah =) didnt have a credit card so friend buyed but there was much trouble first of all wrong billing adress and wrong name on cardholder then it was corrected but on package was my username instead of real name...yeah yeah....this trouble i've gone trough really made me deserving it XD

I always have troubles ordering online, I don't even know if my Neptune order will go through alright. Usually I buy all my games from GameStop but NISA seems to be doing some cool stuff if you order from them, so basically I don't have a choice.

same here cause it was NISA only XD well but i received my items very fast soo just had to write my nickname to my realname on the door XD

It took a few extra days after release to ship my game, but everyone else had that problem so I can forget about. I'll order from them in the future.

needed to call NISA hotline 4 times and the first 2 times (im german) i rather coudlnt understand the woman on the line she was sooo quiet at the 3 rd time she saw im german hmm at 4th time she got a men with young voice to deal with me XDDDD well he seemed to be more flexibel or just he was more relaxed but also were stunned when he saw germany ^^
but it took just 4 working days due USPS 1s class international even german regional post needs 2 up to 4 days
but it was giving to DHL(german quick delivery service) so well was a bit mad how one order could cause so much trouble even so is was an act to phone their but i have to say quick and nice service but well kinda messed up my wantings...maybe my bad english cause at 1st time i was a bit nervous XD i just have to admit that they should fix or improve their system at my order all gone wrong what should have gone wrong damn XD
