After a quick Google search, a lot of gaming websites have it slated for September for y'all. I believe the best course of action is to send an e-mail to NIS.

I've been waiting all the time and was so happy to get home yesterday....and then I find out its NA release only ;_;

Seriously...I am very very sad....hope it will stay with the September release...I got myself 2 weeks off from work and could play this a lot :3
