Announced during the Dengeki Kanshasai Festival today. It uses VR, but even if you don't have VR you can play it. It's scheduled for Summer 2017, and looks like something similar to Namco's Summer Lesson.

The complete name is "Shin Jigen Game Neptune Victory II Realize".

You can see some pictures of the PV shown here:

Looks like Tamsoft will develop this one as well, judging from the copyright in the article.

The sentences that appear in the PV are "Do you want to know more about the goddesses?" and "A story composed of daily life and memories".

Honestly, though, I have no right to be surprised anymore.

Oh wow, the deception. I was looking forward to the next main game, not this... I have absolutely zero interest into VR and games like Summer Lesson are crap, in my opinion.

Oh well. Hopefully they will give support to FGO via some DLCs at least.

The appeal of VR to the series' main demographic is pretty obvious. Frankly, I didn't think it'd come this soon.

I don't really see this resulting in much, not a whole game anyway from the looks of it.

Looks like it's just going to be like that "Neptunia App", or whatever it was called, but just with VR functionality.

Hoo, boy.

This is bringing up some old memories...and not particularly good ones.

I must say I'm in the "not excited for this one" boat.

It's a "super remake" of VII running on a new engine with the VR stuff shoved in somewhere. Big Nep is currently being promoted in the VR segments.

IIRC the VR segments can be played without VR equipment.
