When you buy something from the playstation store, you're purchasing the rights to download the game from that account onto the playstation. So technically games are not tied to your account, thus you can use that downloaded copy on any account on your playstation.

Except for avatars. Those can only be used by whoever purchased them from the store.

DLC can be used on any account actually. Just not on any version of a game.

It's also available in the Hong Kong PSN store, which can have the language in English. Has anyone bought any of the dynamic themes? I'm curious to know what exactly animates since there's no preview.

Japanese PSN Cards always work just in case, but yes it will be much easier if NISA brings them over.

If you get the digital ones on like Play-Asia. But the physical cards are not much different than the English ones. Plus the code on the physical copies are not like Japanese text codes since the code is English letters.

So I grabbed the free theme on the Japanese PSN. took a bit of fiddling around and entering fake information but I got there. It's nothing special. I'm really hoping that NISA brings over all the themes as well.

Well the free one is just a theme that changes everytime you login by showing a different character, it's not a dynamic theme.
