Probably the fact her face doesn't look much like Noire. Then again, this is an issue with pretty much all anime cosplays, no matter how hard you try, most people don't have a face even remotely resembling anime characters =P

I think it's just angle of the shot for me x.x Then again I think cosplaying is a bit creepy to begin with, no offence. >_<

At least nobody is trying to convince you to cosplay as a character that isn't even your gender (that happened to me) x.x

Speaking of which, there was WAY too much cross-play at the last Anime Expo for my taste. I know it's mostly done for laughs, but there was a creepy amount of it.
