I'll be short to avoid offtopic: yes,it's the official manga serialized on Computiq. The art is by Robina, a talented artist whom I knew since he was doing mainly (non-18) Final Fantasy XI dojins. I even bought a couple from him at the summer Comiket a couple years ago.

It's an artbook. The one on the left instead is a book (600 pages) on the production of a certain series.

It's called "Precure Syndrome!" and it's an in-depth book about the genesis of Yes! Precure 5 (and its sequel GoGo) and the first Precure All Stars DX Movie. It features interviews and a lot of interesting info such as inspirations and such.
