It's on there now. Takes about 8-10 mins to download so be prepared for that.

Yay. Good job on getting them to releasing it and keeping tabs on it, Foul.
Although I got bored with the skill packs on the JPN version, but I shall download it anyway for the ENG version. Maybe this ought' to help increase the replay value for me.

Tested all the skills. It was amazing. 
Also over kill. Perhaps it will help me kill Legacy; the hardest boss in the game. The lines delivered during the skills are decent to say the least.
