I think in Japan it's considered weird in real life. But they go all out in anime and video games.

Weeeel....you DO have Kuroko. To aru definitely isn't a yuri show, but the creator worked pretty hard to not make her look to be how so many thought of her with the first series. Many people became Kuroko fans because of certain things that happened, who originally thought she was a that word I won't type.

Its a mixed bag, just like it is here. Younger people are generally more accepting than older generations.

I finally beat the game! On normal ending, though, because the game ended sooner than I thought it would and so didn't have time to do any other ends. I also went ahead and saw Bad End 3 (by loading a save placed before finding out about Totori's mother) and Bad End 1.

One thing I'm happy for is that they fixed the Extras glitch. In Rorona you had to change options to force the system data to save every time a new CG, background, or music comes up. Otherwise when you clear the game and save clear data the gallery will only pick up things from your most recent load. This is fixed in Totori.

Also loved the fight with Evil Face. I didn't think I would fight him immediately, I thought I'd have to climb to the top of the tower. The fight was intense, especially since I unwisely went in with weak healing items and Totori was on constant healing duty and couldn't attack at all. I ran out of healing items, Totori was out of MP (couldn't use Duplicate anymore, which was helpful when used on Nectars), and I was on my last legs. But I managed to pull through. Thank you, Mimi and Sterk, you're my favorite duo! I love you! (No homo, Sterk.)

Anyway, time for my real playthrough. Gonna follow a walkthrough to try to get the rest of the ends.

Anyways, this is a bit of kilter when compared to the rest of the topic, but NISA games are loud. I had my speakers up to 40 for other games and it still didn't seem loud enough for some of them. I start up Totori and by god it was loud, I had to turn down my speakers to around 28 or so.

Edit: I miss my Chim's! Even though I can easily reload my other saves, I've already started with the new clear... BUT THE CHIMS!!!

It's not just the NISA games, but I get what you mean. I keep my tv around 25-30 for most things, NISA games, and some others like Agarest Zero, I turn it down to 5 or so.
