I suppose the bigger questions are who does hold Canada's license, and why they decided to obtain it there yet not US. On top of that passing up a share of the profit from NISA's sales. Whoever it is has earned zero cash from their decision instead of something. :roll:

Sometimes you can't find the people who should be responsible for licenses in certain places, or they're just adamantly refusing to do anything with it.
Businesses tend to funny about people using the stuff they 'own', sometimes even if they stand to earn money from it.
