What is your favorite game?

Understandable~ I enjoyed FF 12 more than 9, but 9 had a lot of great features which newer FF's are sadly lacking.

This, though I'm curious as to these "great features" bit?

A world map and the card game and a number of other mini games that were very fun. Mini games in newer FF's haven't lived up to the Playstation ones in my opinion.

There was just so much side quests, mini games, and other ways to preoccupy your time without actually progressing the story. Many modern JRPGs lack this. They just attempt to disguise grinding or item fetching by calling it a quest. I'm sure several people will disagree with me, but in my opinion JRPGs were much better in the PS1 era.

The ONLY Final Fantasy's I enjoyed were IX, X-2, XII, and XIII (and most likely XIII-2 when I ever play it)

Why are you quoting "bad?" No one ever said the new FFs were bad lol. My opinion is that they're not as good.

If I gave half a fuck about the series I'd probably attack you, and not in the way you'd enjoy. I loved IX, but I don't really defend FF games.

FF9 is dope. And probably has the least stereotypical hero. Zidane is awesome. He's a total womanizer and actually relatable as a person.

Didn't like the story, didn't like the art design, didn't like the characters save for Beatrix, didn't like the game. After I beat it I immediately put it down, same for Final Fantasy VIII.
