[Rydux]

The Premise:
Over a hundred years ago, a gate of colossal proportions opened up, engulfing the surrounding land in destructions of earthquake and fires, revealing a realm separate from that of humans, a wasteland that is engulfed in a sea of fire, and storms, dubbed by the humans as the “Hell Realm”. From there, the Majin appeared, a race of demons with power over manipulating the life on the world into what they willed. Using their power, they began to lay waste to Human society, and despite their technological advances they were useless against the power and numbers of the Majin. Years later, the war still rages on, now vacant cities are battle fields for the warring races. In order to have an edge over the Majin, the Republic constructed an academy, an Academy in raising the youth into assets that will be valuable in the war.

Character Types:
Humans: Roundabout beings, the humans are a dominant species currently warring against the Majin

Cyborg: Humans that outfitted themselves with heavy cybernetics to give them an edge in battle. Due to the nature of cybernetics, they lose their innate ability to feel mana. They are unable to attend the P-Mage course, and their entrance to the Elite course would vary from their cybernetics.

Android: A group artificial beings that vary in appearances, ranging from robotic to human. Their prowess depends on the quality of their construct, and their intelligence. They are unable to go through the P-Mage course. Two kind of androids exist.
VI outfitted: The basic construct of programmed intelligence, these androids only follow the programs installed by their creators. As human as they can act, they are not aware of they are doing, and are considered hollow.
AI outfitted: A more potentially dangerous construct, AI are developed so they can adapt, and learn from their experiences. AI are capable of becoming Self Aware, and are rumored to actually develop emotions. Majority of scientists act wary towards them, and consider them a danger to humanity.

Courses
Technician: Individual delving into the world of technology, Technicians are known for their resourcefulness and roundabout nature. The focus of Technician can vary from firearms, cannons, robotic companions, armored suits ect. Though they can participate in the front lines, they are valuable support units, as they can act as medics, manage another technician’s weaponry, and calibrate a mages mana output.

P-Mage: Pseudo –Mages. Individuals who pursue the knowledge of ancient magi, and attempt to control mana with their will. Lacking the natural talent of the majin, and having no knowledge of this practice, P-Mages use light cybernetics to allow them to absorb and manipulate their mana, and to use them at will. Few Mages reach the level Majin’s magi possess.

Elite: Thought to be the spearhead of humanity. They’re individuals who train their bodies past their boundaries, and become weapons themselves. The pride of humanity, these individuals prove that they can fight against Majins with their strength alone. Three Categories of Elite exist.
Dagger: The speedy opportunist who use their agility to their advantage. Often used for recon.
Shield: Large brutes, who use their height and strength to overwhelm their foe
Sword: The pinnacle of the Course, these individuals are roundabout, seamlessly merging strength and speed.

Infantry: The most basic course available. They undergo a training that is slightly more undergoing than that of an average soldier. They specialize in firearms, artillery, and close combats weaponry. Though they shouldn’t be underestimated, as a fine Infantry unit can fight on the same grounds as Elites.

Mystic: Individuals who have the skill near to the elites, and the mastery of mana of the P-Mages, and blend them together with their close quarters combat expertise.

Undecided: For the Lazy asses that haven't decided on a course.This does not apply for P-Mages.

Regulations :
For the record, I'm totally stealing from Vamp's rulebook, with some alterations. (Sorry Vamp)
1. If you're going to just write a smiley, don't bother posting that. Take a little time to try and think up something more. At least one sentence is all I ask.
2. Nothing too racy/sexual on here. This is a forum that pretty much anyone can come to. I'm not saying keep it super tame, but just keep it like PG 13ish.
3. No godmoding. Reference this if you have any questions about what this is.
4. Try and play nice with each other.
5. On the same vein as the sexual/racy/ecchi stuff, keep the violence from being too graphic.
6. Do not take control of anyone else's character, unless they are an NPC, or you are given permission by the owner.
7. When making a P-Mage or Magus, choose One specialization. The character doesn't need to be restricted to that specialization, but must be the one they excel at.
8. When talking out of character (OOC), please use spoiler tags.
9. A Day ends when all the characters have gone asleep, or the poster requests for the day to pass without their characters. Though if people are taking too long to do any of the two, the day will pass regardless.
10. Despite it's serious scenario, I hope it retains somewhat lighthearted elements.
11. There may be more rules made, depending on how things go.

Summary: A boy who keeps to himself, but wishes for companionship. Not a full fledge student, he acts as the school’s gardener and custodian. Covering the entirety of his body with bandages, he claims they’re burns he received earlier in his life. He was once recommended for the Elite course, but was rejected by the instructor, believing that though he had potential, he was holding something back, and hides a secret beneath those bandages.

A fit and althletic young woman with long legs, a decently sized chest, and a feminine figure. Her eyes are a jade green, while her hair is white and long. She carries herself confidently, despite hiding her white rabbit ears and cotton tail within the confines of her long, black hoodie. She wears normally wears dark colored jeans, a pair of sneakers, and keeps the hoodie unzipped--- wearing a variety of different tee-shirts underneath.

Appearance: A Tall, and fairly muscular young man. Has light skin, short black hair, and brown eyes. Usually wears sleeveless upper clothing.
Summary: Despite only being a second year student, he is considered to be the Gem of Full Frontier, Edward is a devoted student, who focuses in honing his strength and talents. He considered the epitome of Humanity, as he is able to single handedly best the finest androids, and fight against Majins on equal footing. He has a serious, no nonsense behavior, believing students shall focus all their time honing their talents. Because of the Elite class’ near mind control conditioning, he has zero tolerance to anything Majin.

He is usually--if not always found wearing a white hoodie; which he perfers to keep unzipped, a black dress shirt underneath, along with a pair of belt pants.

Summary: The Student council president. She's the most popular girl in school thanks to her beauty, athletic nature and top grades. While she smiles frequently, she's actually a very lonely person, since most people are intimated by her. She does not think twice about punishing those out of line. Her dream is to end the war once and for all. She loves sweets and dressing up with cute clothes.
Appearance: Her eyes are blue and her hair is black, going somewhat below her shoulders. Her skin is light and her body is perfectly proportioned, much to some girls' jealously. She likes to wear a flower-shaped hair clip, which transforms into her weapon of use, and different bracelets every day. Very rarely, she can be seen with her glasses.

Summary: Korina is one of those people who's under the impression that the only way to deal with the threats to humanity is to defeat the invaders by finding bigger, badder, and even nastier entities as allies. Of course, the summoning of various entities has been a classic form of magic throughout history, which meant there was plenty of material to draw from. The problem? Summoning is also classically dangerous if you don't do it right, and Korina's goal from the start was to find the most dangerous friends she could. Awkward. At the moment, though, she's pretty much commandeered an entire facility within the school for her use, using technology to supplement what she can't do on her own and power both the summonings and the magic circles she prefers. Currently, one of her largest obstacles is the inability to easily transfer the batteries that are holding the mana she needs (which is vastly greater than any human can hold on their own), so she's working on a way to make the power portable so that she can bring her magic to the battlefield and actually be useful. Until and unless she can do that, she can only manage small-scale works away from the academy. In other words, Korina is pretty much the P-Mage's version of tactical artillery.

Summary (Optional): She was developed by a very perverted man. He was a pedophile and child molester (he liked adult women too), but an extravagent genuis. His perversion led him to create what he called the 'ultimate moe' whatever that may mean. This was two sister bots. One, a very adorable looking highly young-looking catgirl (the first to be created/born), and the other her overly protective, yet quiet, and quite malignant 'oneesan'. His plan was to have his way with the both of them constantly once they had become more 'mature' in terms of how far their AI had progressed. As Nenechan 'grew' she really admired Steve, and set him as her personal role model. In the process she had sponged up much of what Steve knew, and had become a technician to even rival her maker. Though, she specialized in Firearms, unlike his specialization in robotics. She also picked up MANY of his perverted quirks. Sadly, when he had found them ready for him, he first attempted to assault Nenechan, and thus was immediately eviscerated by Tsunade-san, using a weapon made from Nenechan. His plans had backfired on him tremendously, but he still had a smile on his face as the gun unloaded into him.

Summary (Optional) : She was made about a month after Nenechan. She fears that that month is what caused her older sister to turn out so...odd. She has always tried to coax Nenechan out of those habits, but was never successful. She was more than happy to finally rid Nenechan of Steve when the moment presented itself though. She does regret that it had to be Nenechan who was first assaulted, but also realizes that they both may have been assaulted if she was first, since she wouldn't fight him back, as her programming wouldn't allow it. But, since he had attacked her 'imouto', she was able to override that command with her root command of protecting her imouto. It was one of her happiest and saddest moments. The sad part was watching her imouto get felt up by the man. The happy was when she filled him full of plasma bullets. There was a fight between her and her sister, but they made up in time, and now she trains herself constantly to be a guard for her 'imouto' and to never let anyone touch her like that man did.

Summary: Despite his stature, he's quite a nice and outgoing guy. He will get along with anyone who gives him the time of day. He is a humble and honest person, and keeps his calm when in conflict with another individual. He was forced to gain the cybernetic implants to become a cyborg early on in his life, when an explosion in his home killed his parents and almost him. The doctors worked tirelessly for two weeks to restore Anthony's body, and succeeded well. Over the years, he's discovered ways to make it not as obvious that he was a cyborg, but his eyes always shine with a dazzling yellow. He is able to dim it to an extent, but the glow will always be there. He was chosen to become an Elite when he was 15, the instructors noticing his size and skill with a hammer. Since then, he has become a valuable asset to humanity.
Appearance: As mentioned, his eyes glow yellow. A handsome, tall, and muscular man. He is an olive-skinned fellow with flowing black hair that he ties back in a ponytail, especially when in combat. Some sections of his skin are instead replaced by metallic panels, with some artificial skin on top of it. He has a vertical scar under his eye, an injury received a long time ago. He likes it and sees it as a way to intimidate his enemies.

Summary (Optional):
She's an orphan from a high-class family that had to live on her own after her parents' deaths due to the war. She used her family's power to take in other orphans, including human orphans, but her practice was frowned upon by other, high-class, families. Her class rank was taken away, and she was thrown onto the streets with the rest of the kids. After that she decided to help end the war herself on the side that really mattered: that of the underdog.
She has taken to using technology surprisingly well. It is lucky for her, as her magic skills were fairly low, compared to other Majin.
Appearance (either description or pictures):
Sierra seems to be barely of "legal age" (a human term), and she has very pale skin with sharp horns. The markings all over her body are one of the last things that she is truly proud of. Her tail is fairly long, but it usually stays curled around her leg.
Ever since coming to the human world, Sierra has hidden her horns, tail, and markings with floating piece of technology that was mysteriously given to her upon her arrival in the human world. The device stays behind her all the time, and she can even use it to levitate sometimes.
She has mostly white hair, and reddish brown eyes.
When active, the tech hides her markings. Her tail and horns are cloaked in such a way that allows others to touch the spots where they are, but not feel anything.

Summary (Optional): Like Nenechan and Tsunade-san, Mimi was created by the late Steven, Pervert Extraordinaire. She was made after the other two, but there was a flaw in her original design, and Steven died before perfecting her. At some point, Nenechan fixed the problem, but Steven hadn't enough time to add Mimi to his will. So, she ended up being bought by their competition.
Once there, they (the competition) finally activated her, but their treatment of her was bad, to say the least. The didn't provide proper emotional care for her, examining her every day, and they tried to teach her that it was bad outside the walls of the labs, that many of the people out there would be mean to her.
Sequestered as she was, Mimi learned to hack their computer system to try to learn more about the world, and she used the internet to do it. That, combined with their databases on various large weapons were what interested her. She learned on her own, but she needed a teacher for social contact, and she had no one.
One day, when she was being paraded around a showroom for the elite, some things that others said somehow set her off, and Mimi flipped out. She just ran as far as she could.
By the time she calmed down, she was in the city. The only preparation she had made for this was a simple VI program that she wrote herself. The VI would control her body so that Mimi's fear of other people (crowds in particular) would be hidden. This way, Mimi could live in the outside world.

At some point, Mimi noticed an ad for an academy. There, she would be welcomed, presumably. Mimi was happy, but scared of meeting even more new people. She decided to give it a try.

Don't take it as pressure. It's not just up to the game master. The game master sets the tone and everything, but it's up to the players, the writers to make this fun, is that not true?

The game master co-ordinates everything, but the writes create the interactions and the true fun, is that not true? Of course, you'll be writing too.
