Anthony frowned. "Well sor-ry. I'll have to remember that the next time I try to engage in casual conversation with you," he said, getting up and walking out the door without another word.

Without looking up from her device, Emma said, "Well it could be a very valuable study for anyone involved in the design of cybernetic implants. I suppose I could ask for details to compare your state of mind before and after the transition. Oh, and it could be really useful if you could acquire your medical records!"

Emma looked up and noticed that he was not there, "Hmm? Did I say something that I shouldn't have?"

Anthony glanced at a clock. Fifteen minutes had passed. With the rest of the time remaining, he decided to spend it in the training room. He felt like punching something anyway. That was, until, he saw Jessica nearby, looking like she was really worried about something. Curiosity getting the better of him, he walked over to her.

"Hey. You okay?"

Jessica turned around, giving Anthony a faint smile once she spotted him.
"Oh, Garland... I-I just-- seeing Nenechan like that, it was..." she took a deep breath before continuing on, "it felt terrible. There's one thing I just can't get used to. The sight of wounded kids. Explosions, blood, dead bodies, whatever-- I'm okay with it. It's war, we're supposed to expect that. But kids... it's just so cruel, you know? War... I wish it would just end. People die everyday, and it's our fault. Humanity's fault, I mean. There has to be a way to for all of this to stop. I have to find a way. I have to..."
As Jessica said all those things, her expression was distant. She kept her eyes focused on the sky, giving the impression she was asking for it to grant her wish.

Meera put stock in Sierra's judgement, so she easily conceded. "Sure, I'd really appreciate it ~. Wouldn't really wanna wear somethin' made by that guy anyway." She smiled.
"What do you think they'll have us doing next for class?"

"Maybe... a necklace... or an earring... a regular ring would actually be in the way for you..."
Sierra pondered aloud before she left the rings inside the scanning compartment, closing it.
"U-Umm, don't mind me... it just seemed like it would be a present or something..."

Sierra returned her focus to the question regarding the class.
"Technician, P-Mage, Elite, Mystic. All of those classes seem geared towards one particular type of soldier. However, Infantry are different. It's the most basic class. It could be the starting point for everyone.
That being said... I hope I can get to Mystic Classes soon. That, and I'm also interested in Student Council."

Anthony approached her and lightly placed his hand on Jessica's shoulder. "I understand, Jessica. I saw more than I ever wanted to in my life, and it happened to me as well. It's how I got all this metal."

He stepped in front of her, this time placing both hands on her shoulders. "This will all end eventually, one way or another. All we can do is hope that it all works out, and I will make every effort to help end this all." He dropped his arms to his sides. "If there's anything you need to talk about, anything, come find me. I'll listen. I'll be there for you."

Jessica looked to her left, obviously embarassed. "T-Thanks, Anthony Garland. Don't think this will happen again, though. Anyway, how long do we have until it's time to return to class? I still haven't eaten anything and... I'm quite hungry." she said, already back to normal.

"Hmhm, I see you're in a good mood. I'm surprised you know French." said Jessica, while preparing her cup of tea. Once she was finished, she carefully took it to an empty seat. Between calm sips, she said,
"Come on, sit. I'll take my time enjoying these fifteen minutes."

Roland sighed, and placed a hand over her shoulder, "Alright, that's enough, any further and I'll have to punish you as well" he said, but in a more reassuring tone. "Just leave the room, and take a breather, you have already said your part".

Ciniel stood up, and stared Roland down. "Ah, yes. So you can punish him without knowing anything about him? Infact, you're not even completely sure of what he did wrong, do you?" she questioned. "I'm just playing around. I will admit that last slap was uncalled for, but I can assure you, anything else I am doing is causing no harm." she stated, trying to get Roland off her back. I've managed to hurt him twice. Each time, he backs down. I don't know him that well, but I know that much.

Roland stared at Ciniel, showing neither anger, nor regret, as he finally lowered his shoulder, and let out a deep sigh. He lifted a large hand, and placed it over her hood, as he said "Don't get carried away." before he left the room.

He sighed, as he buckled his knees, and grabbed her from his back, and began to lift her, as he did earlier. "God.Damnit."

Edward took out a chained watch from his front pocket, realizing there was around 10 minutes left for his break, he decided to finish his meal, and got up from his seat, as he made his way for the class.
