Pandora's Reflection (PSP) out today for $20!

Since NISA has done no effort whatsoever with marketing this game, I'll share the few information I have: the price-tag.

It'll also be Vita-compatible at launch, DD-only in the West, developed by Sting and published by Idea Factory in Japan / NIS America in North America and Europe.

And here's the official website. It's a shame NISA is letting this game out to die, no marketing whatsoever. You'd think they'd do *something* for what could be NISA's last PSP game.

I have been keeping an eye on this game for a while and I am kind of excited for it.

It'll be one of the two new PSP games we'll be getting next week. The other being Hakuoki: Warriors of the Shinsengumi.

No, no, it won't be their last PSP game. Black Rock Shooter is still coming.

Though, I admit that I think they could have done a LITTLE more for it. You know, they could do a Livestream of the first 1-2 hours of the game in the very near future to introduce the character, setting, and style, they could do some Prinny Bombs about the details of the game, they could have a little forum contest just for fun... easy, inexpensive things to promote it some more. I mean, it actually looks like it'll be reasonably quirky and exciting, and I've heard good things about Sting in the past. ^^ People are probably underestimating this game.

I said "could". Nothing is certain until the game is actually out.

I would put money on this being the last psp game NIS releases.

Same here, but I want to hold onto my hope a little longer, that's why I'll be buying this game next week.

I can't say when I will buy this game because my plate is a bit full right now.

I'll buy it because someone has to send NISA the message that PSP games can still be profitable.

I'm buying it because it looks reasonably fun, and I want to start my Vita with a reasonable collection of games. o wo

I've read on a lot of topic that you'll be getting a Vita and a lot of PSP games to boot. Do you have a list already? I could suggest you a few judging from your list, I'd love to help. ;)

Definitely:

Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky
Unchained Blades
GoC: Pandora's Reflection (May be out when I get my Vita in, maybe not... XD)
Class of Heroes II (Upcoming)

Maybe:
Knights in the Knightmare
Various Persona
Blazing Souls Accelate

Possibly some more when I actually go into the store and look around.

Definitely:

Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky - Definitely.
Unchained Blades - I'd wait for a price-drop, unless you're a big DRPG fan.
GoC: Pandora's Reflection (May be out when I get my Vita in, maybe not... XD) - For the price, I can't recommend against this game.
Class of Heroes II (Upcoming) - It's looking to be pretty good. People are saying it's way better than the first game, too.

Maybe:

Knights in the Knightmare - Atlus puts their games on sale every week. Knights in the Nightmare was $5 at some point, and it'll get to that price again as soon as their next global sale go up. I'd wait.
Various Persona - All three Persona games are very different from one another, but they're all very nice on their own.
Blazing Souls Accelate - This is the only one from your list I'd recommend against. It's just not worth it, believe me.

Now, my suggestions:

Ys Seven - It's a great ARPG developed by Falcom, same company that developed Trails in the Sky. We're getting the Vita Ys game later in the year, and this is the best way to get ready for it. If you like this, get Ys: Oath in Felghana and Gurumin as well.
Fate/Extra - One of my favorite PSP games ever, but it's a bit polar. You'll either love it, or don't like it. I loved it, and I wasn't really a big fan of the F/SN universe when I started it.
Corpse Party - Chances are, you know what this is. It's simply one of the best (survival) horror games available, and it manages to creep you even if it's on the PSP.
Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time and Tactics Ogre - The two PSP games I don't have that I'll still get before saying my farewell to my PSP. Both are SRPGs, and with a deep, well-driven story. There's also Jeanne D'Arc, developed by Level-5.
Half-Minute Hero - It's $10, a nostalgic, well-crafted JRPG. It's criminally underrated, if you buy this, you won't regret it.
Valkyria Chronicles 2 - You must be familiar to the franchise, but if you aren't... The PSN version got a price drop yesterday, to $10. With a $20 PSN Card, you can get this *and* Half-Minute Hero.

There's also Kingdom Hearts, ZHP, and many other games I'm probably forgetting, but these ones are the cream of the crop for me.

NISA has done some advertising for sure. They put a video out on PSN a little while back, so anyone who checks PSN for new stuff at least saw the thumbnail and title. Now beyond that? No idea.

Also, completely slipped my mind that it's already February. This is one of the games I want most this year. Can't wait. My wallet is prepared for impact.
