Anime request sub-board?

We have a general anime chat but not a board specifically requesting anime to bring over. What would people say to a board for that function? It could even be manga or light novels or Drama CDs and such. Basically anything anime-related.

Also, I think the general anime chat needs to be more active. I've been seeing the exact same topics for months with the same few people. But I don't know how one would go about getting it more active. (This is probably a reason there isn't a request board, huh?)

they license like 4 anime series a year. i don't think they're ready to take requests yet. 99% of the requests would be impossible anyway (not unlike the Game Requests board)

75% of the requests are impossible (or HIGHLY unlikely) at the Game Requests board.

But, four a year? Never thought to count. I wonder what they'd bring over next year. I hope one of them's Black Rock Shooter: The OVA.

The problem NISA faces, is that there are other more established publishers who are given higher priority, and first pick. So, chances are, if the majority of us are clamoring for something to be localized, NISA won't get a chance to do it.

Sad but true, Funimation probably gets 1st dibs on a decent amount of shows, and then theres some Shonen & shojo titles that will undoubtedly always go to VIZ media thanks to their partners in Japan. (as I expect the upcoming HunterXHunter Remake will)

Smaller companies like Sentai, Nozomi, NISA either have to get lucky or just go for the stuff others haven't looked into yet.

But yeah I would love to see NISA get the BRS OVA if the games sales well for them.

Also wondering if they will get Lotte No Omocha (given I have a love, hate thing for it, but If NISA got it i'd probably buy.) and also would like to see them get the Persona 4 anime, but only if ANIPLEX doesnt Localize it themselves, or no one else gets it 1st (cause I really wanna see that one dubbed, no offense NISA.)
