A step you may need
to take is to complete an unlocked stage, then pass a motion in the Senate
that should appear that activates the event needed to obtain the Asagi HD
character (you will be able to pass the law back and forth between SD and HD
versions). After passing the necessary bill, go to the Dimension Guide and
view the newly acquired event.
Hello NISA support staff,
I am unsure what is meant by "complete an unlocked stage." Do I just need to complete any stage that is currently available to me? I tried completing stage 1-1 in both the regular world and the X-Dimension, and no bill became available to pass. I have done the same with the Item World. Do I need to start a new cycle and recruit Asagi again (by unlocking her stage) for the new bill to appear?
So yeah, their suggestion didn't work. However, this confirms that you can't have both SD and HD Asagi out at the same time. Not sure if they're different characters altogether, though, in terms of equipment, stats, and aptitudes.
