I don't have it yet, but Disgaea 4 doesn't have a hardcover artbook? How could Disgaea 4 sell less than say, Hyperdimension Neptunia that already had a limited print by being a risk?

In Disgaea 4's case, making it hardcover would have changed the overall packaging, pushing the price up even more. So they decided to go softcover to keep costs low. At least, that's how I understand it!
