Actually, I like both. ^^ I'm fine with either subs or dubs; I like anime in general, after all, and I'm pretty much fine as long as I can understand it. Though I do have a slight preference for dubs when it comes to comedies, since a lot of comedy shows have sight gags that you might miss if you're too busy with subtitles.

Buying anime does not give licensors the fucking incentive to dub more anime, just only license more.

You obviously don't seem to understand that unless an anime is popular enough, it won't ever get a dub. Regardless of whether or not it's subbed, if not enough people are going to buy it to make it profitable, it'll never get dubbed.
For many shows, if they don't get subbed they don't localised at all.

Also, mentioning certain VAs to do certain roles is moot if they can't afford to make a dub of it. No matter how 'perfect' it may be to have a dub, unless it reduces the cost significantly or the projected sales are large enough, it's not gonna happen.
