I think this is absolutely wonderful, and so I have two bits of feedback.
1) Fans know a lot of works that NIS/NISA may not have paid attention to, so I think it would be a good idea to open up the 'Game Request' forum to other forms of media as well; if NISA intends to publish things besides games and anime (as President Niikawa's comments suggested was the case), I think it would help a lot to see what the fans are most interested in. Thus, let us make suggestions. If nothing else, you'll get a good sense of what sorts of series we're really interested in, and knowing your audience is important, right?
2) In addition, I think all NISA-published novels should be quality works. That's why I would like to highly, highly encourage looking at publishing the "Sword Art Online" Light Novel series. Written by Kunori Fumio (pen name), this series is regarded very highly in Japan (and around the world). It's also just started an animated adaption (NISA should try to get that, too, by the way), which I think would be the best way to be introduced to the story. Plain and simply, though, this series is good. Light Novels can be fairly hit-or-miss in terms of quality, but SAO says consistently good throughout. Would you at least be willing to consider it?
