DR1 was too easy and pretty damn predictable regarding the killings.

Chapter 1, 2 & 6 got me by surprise but 3-5 I saw coming
Chapter 4 on DR1? If so, why play the 2nd game first? :?

So does anyone have a full cast list for SDR2, because I think I personally have figured out who the less-obvious missing people are.

The JP voice actors aren't kept secret, you can literally look that up on Wikipedia or any other VA resource site

It's rather usual for a lot of localisation projects, because crediting them makes it a lot more expensive.
Unions and such don't help that situation either, which is often one of the reasons for uncredited work.

why make credits is more expensive. shouldnt voice actors not be menioned? it is senseless.
producers and co are also mentioned arent they?

Like in the case of unions, members shouldn't be working for under a determined pay rate, and they have to be credited.
Therefore if a member agreed to do the work for less than the union standard and they were credited, they would obviously get found out.

So, it basically gets expensively messy, hence why a lot of localisations do not have voice actors credited.

For me only the 1st and 3rd case in DR1 were easy to know who the killer was. The other cases I didn't know until a "certain" point during the trials.

Its been a while since I was last here and despite me having SDR2 for a while I've had practically zero time to play on it as I'm currently looking after a puppy. As cute as she is  she can be a real pain to look after :?.

Completed this game the other day and I really liked it (as expected). I actually do think it was better than the first in a lot of ways. I still like DR1 a lot, and I actually do like some of the characters there more, but you can tell they worked hard to improve DR2 over the first.

I will say, I actually kind of liked the logic dive. It was a decent change of pace. Wasn't a fan of the new Hangman's Gambit, but it worked well enough.

Looking forward to Another Episode. :) Hopefully NISA will do it sometime next year.

...because that's part of the arrangement of employment?
The only reason for English ones not appearing is because it's basically using a loophole to keep the dubbing budget from breaking down and crying.
There are games with English voice acting which have everyone accredited (save for the cases where it's done under an alias or they specifically ask to not be). It's mostly just a question of funds.
