What no auto battle? So I'm gonna have to actually spend hours mashing attack on my own, blah I say, I loathe the outdated tedious boring battle system all RPGs should have real time battle systems by now FFS!!!.

Yeah, so instead of mashing attack attack attack on a turn-based system, you mash attack attack attack on a real-time system. Awesome!

Auto battle wouldn't work with this battle system anyways...too much comboing/button pressing involved...it isn't a simple turn based game after all

After watching a stream, I just saw something cool...this has a "grade" system like Tales games it seems...from what it sounds like, they are coins (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) that you gain throughout the game to buy things for NG+..

Thats why i love growlanser, too many srpgs uses the same formula stablished since 1988, the day i born.

I haven't really looked at the battle system, but... yeah... XD; Cross Edge had SOME strategy, at least. Mostly in character placement, as I recall.

I think it's similar to the other Agarest games, you just have a more traditional Turn-based system.

This, it's not just a dating sim, it's just...simplified compared to the others from the sounds of it

And no kratos, it is likely that they just didn't wanna do an srpg when they did Agarest 2, and I must say that it looks better as this type of turn-based rpg

Does still have those crazy fanservice sexual innuendo stuff? Its the thing that made me not like too much the game because of the fear to be caught playing it, and it doesnt help to change the overall idea that people like japanese games for their seminude japanese girls.

It's a CH game, so yes, it still has it, though to be honest, it's really easy to ignore all that stuff and just ignore the game...plus, Japanese games are gonna keep that image til the generation that still believes that (those people are 30+ right now so...) anything Japanese is porn, fade away
