You're still pulling a trigger, but your accuracy is determined by your weapon stat and the current "heat level" of your weapon. You also have unlimited ammo, so you can often stay behind cover and slowly whittle down the enemy.

Thanks. It sounds like I'd prefer Mass Effect over Mass Effect 2. :S

So you say now. But if you play 1 and like it, you'll want to see what happens next. Even I have to admit 2 was better than 1--and I hardly play anything except RPGs. Just don't go overboard on the mining like I did...in both games...

I've never been a shooter fan (I'm actually really terrible at them), but I count Mass Effect 2 as one of my favourite games. It's much more than the sum of its parts. If you do decide to play it, I'd like to know what you think.

I can't wait to start hitting on all the female characters as female shepherd. Although I am a bit disappointed by the options.Spoiler:

She was like the only thing I cared about. You should have seen the look on my face when I played the demo.

I broke down and made a Manshep just for Tali and Miranda. My lesbian Femshep is just going to have to stay faithful to Liara I guess.

I really hope they fix this in the sequel.
