I'll just stick with the pre-order bonus map instead me thinks.
Although Europeans are getting shafted again with the USD and Euro amounts being numerically equal at 150, but that is no way of an equal value. Although the Australians get it worse as they have to pay 200... :|

Actually, that usual thing doesn't apply to The Elder Scrolls series at all, considering they tend to build everything up from more or less nothing each time, they tend to have completely different feels to the setting and even how the games actually play.
Comparing the games to one another generally doesn't work very well, and there's a reason why there's so much conflict over which one is the best, possibly even more divisive than Final Fantasy in that regard.

They all use the same gameplay, the same gameplay style, and the same general world feel of town and the same kind of cave, ruin, setting for dungeons.

Just curious...how many have you played?

For me, Morrowind was REALLY different than Oblivion. And Skyrim looks to be quite different from those two as well.

Ive played since arena.

And the gameplay style has more or less been the same since the very beginning.

Single player action sword, bow, axe, magic repeat.

But that could be said about A LOT of series.

so what that the gameplay shares a similiar theme and formula between them? They still provide new enviornments, new characters, different situations in the story, improved UI flow and other things,

You can't reinvent the wheel without risking changing a franchise's genre and flavor too much (which are some things people are ranting about some changes, like removal of stats, spell modifiers, etc.)

overall Skyrim really isn't the exact same thing as Oblivion, Morrowind, etc. Even though say Arena I heard you can go visit any location in Tam'riel, it's graphics and presentation and other things are not the same thing.

I mean people fussing about the gameplay being similiar, is like people complaining that a fighting game series or action series or shooter series plays too similiar to each other.

it means I am not missing much

And from the 100 hours I put into morrowind, oblivion and hearing about skyrim

The games have been devolving

The latest thing to go along with the majority of the guilds is magic creation

I wouldn't say they've been devolving, they're definitely trimming stuff off, but it was generally the unnecessary things anyway.
Oblivion plays much better, mostly in the combat side of things, than Morrowind for instance.

Removing, the guilds, magic creation, majority of the rpg elements, solidified quests is better?

Morrowind was better than oblivion in every way other than graphics.
