As much as I hate to post again so soon...
I nearly forgot to go and view these, but there's a nice overview of the class system, which seems more like an old job system than anything, and the pawn system, which is efffectively sharing your hirelings online with other random people, even as NPCs, and looks really awesomely done with some interesting features like learning and retaining knowledge of quests and monsters.

Yeah, I won't be getting it unless I can get it cheap, and I probably will be able to fairly soon after release.
I shouldn't be buying stuff, but whatever!

This, I'll be getting both day 1, and will probably play Meruru first, seeing as Dragon's Dogma will most likely get content DLC...it's Capcom after all

Well, I may need to pick it up whenever people I know are playing it, due to the whole loaning out pawns thing.

Otherwise it's entirely possible you'll run into a drought of customised low-level guys to take with you, as pre-generated ones can only go so far.
