Dragon's Dogma (PS3/360)

If they were developed in addition to the game itself, fine.
If they were actually properly removed, or are just on the disc anyway. Not cool.

Besides that only for the 360 version and in Japan at the moment, so no confirmation of it being anywhere else, so nothing to get outraged about yet.

I agree that this may be like the Magasin Promo DLC for Hyperdimension Neptunia MK-2, that didn't come to EU or US, so nothing to be angry over (for us)

Well, if they're completely additional and exclusive, then PS3 players are left in the lurch (although buying a controller just for DLC is silly), but if they were stripped out of the game then 360 people are getting the short end of the stick.

Not sure, if this has been brought up before, but Dragon's Dogma is devolpe by Capcom (A Company know to release 6-7 version of the same game and take full price) and they Capcom has already taken content out of the game, to sell as DLC - http://www.joystiq.com/2012/04/23/xbox- ... dogma-dlc/

You make it sound like they actually took the content out...

Anyways, chances are, those 8 quests were things that they intentionally made to have that controller sell, meaning they were never gonna be activated in the game to begin with, I'd be more willing to accept that the DLC they already have planned was on-disc...

Not at all, you should probably avoid jumping to conclusions...and it wasn't removed if it was never enabled to begin with

That's not how things work, as often the main game is fairly complete and DLC can be made alongside it while things like localisation or console authentication go through.

I just played the demo. Its got me pretty much sold on the game. Its like Skyrim, but, well, good.

I also LOVE the climbing on monsters and stabbing the bloody hell out of them. Its so thrilling, especially in that second part of the demo when the gryphon takes off with you on its back.

My brother will most likely get this game, but I won't and he wanted a partner to play the game with. He's too shy to come here and talk to you guys, but once the game's out, I'd appreciate if someone played the game with him.
