It should have been free, since it was devolpe before day 1 and made public on Day 1 (Also hear it's on the Disc)

Not gonna happen...you pay for the content that is unlocked on the disc, anything after that is fair game...it's just cosmetic stuff anyways
Harada is one of the few people that will openly say that if there's say, new characters, they will be free, not many are willing to pass up on a few extra bucks heh
