I think I was on Neogaf where they said the video was a confirmed fake. To be honest, after reafing that, I had no desire to watcg a fake videox so I never even watched it.

And their reasoning for it was "The world wants it to be fake, so it is." they're just blowing smoke out their ass and throwing around their assumptions as fact. Nothing new there.

Usually when someone says "it's fake" (especially in the gaming community) it usually is. Especially with how easy it is to make hoaxes nowadays. But... I just watched the video now to see for myself... Honestly, it looks pretty real to me! Looks like it was meant to be kept a secret, so maybe someone snuck a camera in? :p

(Honestly, I thought the video was just going to be a fan made-looking trailer with "PS3/WiiU" logos tacked on... I didn't think it was a panel-like setup).

Most people think it looks like a college classroom, but what E3 leak like this have people not used that excuse for? Project Cafe/ Wii U was leaked in the same sort of setup.

Plus that Wii U logo is the updated one, not the one Nintendo revealed at last year's keynote. Meaning if this were fake, it would needed to have been thrown together in a little under two or so days. I don't see someone dedicating their life to gathering people and producing a fake.

People do take trolling pretty far nowadays... It's sort of a crappy time, where every Youtube video/shared image with sap story that pops up, either has people saying "fake" or just guillible with what they see :/ Not many sit there and think "might be real, might not be". It's the approach I take with things... For this, I'm leaning towards "real". Sure it IS possible to edit with Japanese voiceovers and Shop the trailer on a screen, but VERY highly unlikely :/

It also has the new Wii U logo, a new tagline, a new logo and title all it's own, what seems to be a new score done by Yoko Shimomura; you can't fake her style... you just can't, and it has the new Crystal Tools logo shown at the end.

I'm still wondering why they decided to change the name? Did they not want it to be associated with XIII? What about it actually made it include "XIII" in the title anyways? Perhaps they adjusted the story as well?

It was supposed to involve Etros in some form, but it was so disconnected from FFXIII that they probably wanted to change it, same as Agito/Type-0...so chances are that the story is gonna be changed...or they'll just change the words used to describe their gods...

You mean XV...but yeah, developers LOVE pulling mind games like that...though the Cero thing does make sense, we'll just have to see...if it's fake, oh well, if it isn't, okay
