Most likely, albeit I've played enough eroge and seen enough anime to name a few exceptions. Nonetheless, generic romantic comedies are my guilty pleasure, so I would find it quite pleasing if they followed the script.

So, is the cousin one of the 12 girls the lead guy uses the machine to make a Star Child with? I only see eleven other girls in the preview art.

(If so, I wonder if the regular child she's carrying ends up inheriting their Star Child's personality.)
