There's an info dump on the first page, you should be able to get some info from that

Also, seems you entered this series pretty late, if you still have the consoles, I recommend you try and find the other localized Atelier games (that includes MK2)

Ugh, that boss...I vaguely remember it, but it's been years since I played it

On the plus side, at least you haven't missed too many games...just Iris, Annie, and MK2

Well im only at the start so I could be wrong but when you go to a spot to gather you gotta press x button you can press it up to 3 times and with each press passes a little time on you day meter and the items names will appear on the bottom left of the screen and fade after a moment. So you can't really pick a certain item on that spot with the best quality its just gathers all whats there. Like I said first time gathering in Ayesha so I got play with it a bit more.

btw Ayesha is sooo adorable :D

Ayesha looks like the type of character to pull off the whole adorable thing

As for the gathering, sounds interesting, at least there is no deadline this time

Don't know why but I always have problems with the common command key being X in English games but in Japan its O and I always keep forgetting had the same problem in Mugen Souls xD

odd on my data base on my sig does not reconize the Atelier Ayesha trophies just says unknown
When I got Mugen Souls it got it right away xD.

Added Edit

Anywayz I understand gathering a bit more now like I said before you can gather three items on a gather spot You allies can increase the number of items found in a spot. As it was said before that you allies can help you gather like Regina finds better stuff when it comes to minerals and stones so depending on who is in your group will higher the chances to find higher quality times.

Interesting function I found its Ayesha's Diary you are given the choice to write in it when a important story event happens. To do this requires points though but you get points for like doing anything fighting, Alchemy, talking to people or just doing normal/side events. So when ever you got enough points Ayesha will write in her journal about that event and this will unlock new recipes and I think other stuff like boosted stats (you don't get all you recipes like that though still gotta buy books)

When it comes to jobs in the game you usually find them off random people walking around the town and they don't time you to get them you just have a chat with them they say they need this certain item which is Green Bold in the text you go make it turn it into that person and get a good amount of points and some money.

While story wise I (don't worry its spoiler free) don't understand most things people say but the story is pretty easy to understand even in Japanese I just use a lot of common sense really

Funny part is I realized if I had not played any of the Arland series games I would be so lost on how to play Ayesha. After playing all three Arland games makes it easier how the alchemy works

OH YEAH! iv seen so many バレル! But Ayesha has not shouted バレル! even once it makes me sad maybe I need to find that special バレル! that will make Ayesha shout バレル!

バレル? If i recall correctly they should be saying タール~ As japanese has that for its word for barrel, and that's what i always heard when someone said that.

Also, someone earlier said that this game has no deadline. could someone clarify that?

While I'm not going to say I'm 100% right since my Japanese ain't that good so I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure タールmeans Tar... black nasty tar

As for your other question while days still go by no there is no big deadline at least from what I've seen so far at least.
