As hard as it may be for you to believe, personality is the biggest draw for me.

Anyway, this game has no loli's, and all the girls are way too endowed. That's been my problem with it from the beginning.

I don't really agree.

But, part of the reason for your supposed situation would be that Japanese girls just don't normally get 'well-endowed', so many Japanese guys are very desiring of foreigner's breasts, since they tend to be much larger normally. And, since a lot of anime is geared towards guys, the whole point is to make the character appealing to guys. And since these shows are made in Japan...well, hopefully it makes sense now.
