Same budget as always, so it depends on how much text there is.

The dub is 100% the size it always is, one could argue.

I'm not sure I understand the metric you're using, but a decent chunk of the game will be fully voiced.
Yeah, well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

I believe he's meaning how much of the main story will be voiced.

Ah, that makes sense. In that case, I can say that all the events in-game that directly pertain to the main story are fully voiced.

... Actually, that would make it significantly shorter than Victory, in which case, I would say it's baaaaaaaad.

So, you'd rather it be longer and resulting in some scenes being left unvoiced?

I'm fairly certain I have established multiple times that I would indeed prefer longer games over shorter games, yes. To that end, in general I'm not big on a company not being able to deliver at least roughly the same amount of content in a new title as a previous title got, so FFF being significantly shorter than V would double suck.

This is a rather baseless assumption you're making about the quantity of voiced text in FFF. Furthermore, I was asked specifically how much of the main story would be fully voiced, and if you scroll up and read the answer I provided four posts ago, you'll see that I said, "...all the events in-game that directly pertain to the main story are fully voiced." (Emphasis mine)

Here's what I didn't say: "...only the events in-game that directly pertain to the main story are fully voiced." (Emphasis mine)

Apologies for the snark attack, but I think it's important that I highlight the subtle distinction being made here.

It's not that baseless, actually? It's pretty well known that NISA uses roughly the same budget for dubs, and in the Neptunia games, roughly the same amount of lines were voiced, Victory just had a lot more lines that, thus, also weren't voiced.

Therefore, knowing the deal with NISA and dubbing, it's actually not that baseless to assume FFF is significantly shorter than V if FFF is managing a much larger dub, when if it were just as long, it would actually have very little of the overall dubbed as Victory did.

Also, if it wasn't clear, the company I was referring to wasnt NISA (nor am I complaining about the size of the dub), it was CH that I was talking about.

That clarification aside, you do have a very fair point, but I wanted to clear that up.

I'm mind boggled at Effole's name change, not because it doesn't make sense since it does, but it's also a name I associate with grandmothers. :/

Maybe she wanted to kill Nazis since she lived in Poland during WW2.
