I'd give them a B+. Mostly for little things like the occasional techincal issues and sometimes off voices, and perhaps for some of the games they choose/don't choose. But then you're bound to get disappointments now and again, so~

If there's one thing I'd like to see NISA change it's that I wish when they're putting up game sites they'd put in translated english screenshots

other than that all good

to lazy to go into detail, but NIS so far has been a great company to me, granted i do all my buying at gamestop (unless the online bonus is something for me to go the extra mile for).

overall...A- taking a few points off for the AT2 stuff

First time buyer from NISA Store... Your customer service so far has been HORRIBLE, and the PR even WORSE. 0.5/10 for CR, you got .5 because you replied to emails, but they weren't at all helpful, and mostly sidetracked from the main points of the complaints.

If you're basing it off of just the Neptunia delay (which wasn't even their fault, it was weather) then your rating isn't well founded. They are actually pretty good, minus the AT2 mishap.

If their service actually did suck, I wouldn't be ordering their games from their site. Image

Since I haven't done this at all...

Customer Service - 8.50
While they are very helpful and will do much to help out anyone in their means, support tickets don't have much use. Well, I don't know about now, as I haven't used one for quite a while now. But, I know that before, it just worked faster if you e-mailed their store, or called them.

PR - 6.50
They do a really good job about letting us know stuff about games and present it in a great way, but their information usually gets spread via a separate site (Siliconera), and that kinda makes it feel like their own fanbase on this site isn't as important as the Siliconera users. It's getting better, but I really would like being the first to know, rather than having to read it off a link posted off a different site.

Localizations - 9.00
I consider them one of the best out there. The only qualm I have is that we have yet to see how well they can handle a truly serious game. So, I can't give them a 10 until I've seen that. (AT 2 is done and over with, so I didn't even take that into consideration, only what they've done recently. I also haven't played Prinny 2 yet.)

QA - 9.50
Their games still have bugs, but that's mostly the fault of the original developers. Still, it is cause for concern, so a 10 cannot be given.

Community Interaction -9.00
While they may limit their community interaction on the forums to pretty much just Lyner and Robbie (with Lyner being the one who gives the most interactions. Robbie just mainly answers PM's from what I've read), they do a great job with it. And on the Playstation Blog posts and other site posts, they interact a lot and answer many questions. You don't get that from many companies anymore.

Overall - 8.50
They have their problems like any company, but they have shown that they're listening to us (Lyner confirmed that Neptunia was the restult of fans showing enough interest =^-^=), and they are quite informative about things. They also go out of their way and comfort zone to help us often times. Some may not be happy with the Neptunia situation, but I think they handled it the best they can. No one can prepare for Nature. As I said elsewhere on here, nature can cause more damage than an atomic bomb, and be more unpredictable.

(Keep in mind this is only my opinion. You may disagree with it if you like.)

Well I haven't played the game, but from what I know Soul Nomad was one of NIS(A)'s more serious games. Especially if you go for the evil route.

True, but I'm talking like Persona or SMT serious. The kind that really makes you go WTC when

Rorona LE blunder, and basically also confusion about Neptunia LE in Canada, lead to the pre-order (to be safe) which ended up being even worse.

Yes yes, you have greatly emphasized this point of yours over the course of several pages in another thread. You have only pointed out two (can they even be?) blunders of theirs, three if I include AT2. I still can't even begin to take someone like you seriously because you remind me of someone else that was on the original NISA board (and at the beginning of this one, some of you may know who I am referring to).

Still, 0.5/10? You're a funny person. If this company really had a 0.5/10 do you honestly think they would still be up and running to this day? I've been a customer of theirs much longer than you have been so I say this without sarcasm: get off of your high horse. I'm not blinding defending them and can confirm their shortcomings but seriously, get real. You're an eyesore.
