Mine will probably be taxed once it arrives in Brazil and this may take some time to be released before I can pay the taxes.

Since I payed for priority mail, and this whole fiasco happened, do you guys think it's possible to get my shipping credit back to me? or put it on future nisa orders?

Haaaa, finally got the confirmation e-mail. I'm glad I waited till midnight before deciding to e-mail NISA.

I guess this means I won't get it till the weekend, though. It's gonna be a long wait...

So I called nisa about this, and they said theyll email me a free voucher price of shipping I can add to any game. Which I will for Ar Tonelico. The nice lady named Shannon was so helpful, I wish all customer service representatives were like her.

They said mine will ship out today or tomorrow and I am in Canada. I know I ordered earlier than most people so why do they make me so infuriated.

Just sent them a quick little email about the status of my order. I'm sure they'll respond with:
"We've shipped your item today!" But I'd rather be reassured of it, rather than hope.
