Art section?

hmm, idk, but maybe we could get an art section forum here?
I personally love using things like photoshop, and i noticed we have flash users and the like who like to create things based of NIS or other games.
It'd be nice to have like a gallery to post these things at.
along with Quillbell's infinite sig collection. XD

And while we're adding forum sections, how about a Marl Kingdom section and a section for IF's Neverland games? NISA's put out a port of the only English Marl game and they've put out literally half of the Neverland games that have been released in English, but there's no forum section for either.

Also, if the legal mess has been cleared up like we've been led to believe, fix the Cross Edge section's title.

well if we are going to talk about house keeping then either put Prinny 2 with Prinny 1 in the Disgaea section or give the poor Prinnies their own section

I'd love an art section for the forum as well. I mean, there's probably quite a few people here who can draw at least decently (myself included), so a forum for them to post fanart would be nice. It should probably be divided into sections, though - for example, one for people who draw, and another for people who just want to make cool sigs for other people to use.

yeah that was my original intent with the proposal of an art section.
although it cant be just 4 people in support XD.
but a forum cleanup in general would be nice as well

Or maybe a fan-media section? There's tons of stuff that could encompass. Fanfiction, art, AMVs, etc.

Folks, unless it's 100% original, you don't own it. NISA, owning the forums, may not be able to legally show said images, fanfiction, or movies.

Avatars/Signatures are typically covered under fair use, though. While fan made images, games, fanfiction, and amv/movies can also be considered fair use (and I did have a lawyer check up on this for my own purposes), the belief is much less widespread and is still prone to removal.

Granted, it's not enforced by the vast majority of the internet, but this is an industry forum. The rules have to be held up here more often than most.

What about fanart or fanfics that are NiSA related? Or just fanart in general? I've seen forums that do allow it.

Actually, you'd be suprised how many people have original works. I dunno really.. It'd be nice but rather unlikely.

Why I said that this is an industry forum.

While other forums would be happy to have a section, they also don't have to answer to corporate.
