Bleach Episode Code didnt work?

I thought it wouldnt work on my NZ store account (main psn acc) but I have afew like US/JAP lol which was awesome when we got the welcome back deals lol, anyway I tryed the code on my US psn account, but it didnt work? just comes up with "this content cannot be accessed on your account" ;S well if there isnt a way to get it ill just post the code some atlest someone can use it.

They're most likely region locked. By region, I don't just mean having to download them from a U.S. account, but will probably need a U.S. PS3.

Like I can't even access the Video store on the Japanese PSN account I have just because I have a U.S. PS3 and not a Japanese PS3.
