Japanese characters

The Japanese site for Cladun X2 has quite a few excellent new character designs:

Anybody know if these characters can be used with the North American version of the game?

it seems you can download some of them by clicking on the pink bar will yellow peons on it

Yes, but will they work with the North American game? I haven't tried them yet, but for the first ClaDun the Japanese characters only worked with Japanese copies of the game.

Those characters don't work in the US version, I've tried editing the folder and even try to figure the code, but it doesn't work, and it's unlikely that they will release the characters for other game versions.
