problems with my Disgaea 4 order :( [EDIT: arrived today!]

there is something very very weird about my Disgaea 4 order
my tracking number does not get updated

it's really strange, since I choose the Priority shipping (yes, my tracking number is like 'CJxxxxxxxxxxUS' - it's supposed to have periodical updates isnt it?)

A friend of mine preordered and choose Priority too, but his tracking is working fine (and says his package is already in Brazil - in the customs/// I'm from Brazil too), while I don't know what happened to mine

every time I use the tracking number on USPS site, this message appears:

Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on September 01, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

it doesnt shows the current situation of the package or even if it was actually shipped (my fear )


what should I do? help me ;_;

I can tell you that USPS has very inconsistent tracking. I've had multiple times where it stuck on saying my order had been shipped, but the order had already arrived at my home.

Still, if you got tracking and stuff, try contacting USPS maybe?

they dont attend about tracking related issues by email

I'd have to make a call to USPS
an internacional call ...

As vampko mentioned, this is an issue with USPS, and there isn't any further info we can give you on it. Other users might have some tips/advice for working it out, but NISA itself can't really do much about it, sadly.

in fact I'm relieved vampko said it's "normal" (even tough it shoudnt be lol) to USPS acts relapse about tracking

what I'm sad about is that I choose the Priority only because of it
I saw the new internacional shipping policy on NISA store, so I got the one which has tracking to not have a headache later about lost package

anyway, I hope vampko is correct
I'll wait and see if the package arrives

im in canada, and sadly im in the same boat really hoping it shows up here soon, since it was sent out as of the morning of the 1st.

im really hoping it didnt get lost or im out the money for it since i didnt want to pay more for shipping, damn me being cheap.. -_-

Mine just shipped. Glad about that. It was a 16 day wait to ship, but for the Premium package, I'm good for it.

Update. My copy arrived on Saturday. The delivery was rather quick once it went out. Got the email that they'll send the music CD separately. Thanks, NIS.

Any idea if NISA is going to sell DLC for the game soon?.
