i mean.. is it worth to pick up an official release and to support the devs. The price does seem a bit steep though :/ I'm not exactly expecting it to go on sale sadly. Also, is there any DRM in the digital version?

To echo the other responses, $30 is very reasonable for a game of this scope.

As for DRM:

A few days ago, JAST USA released the all-ages (15+) version of XUSE’s Aselia the Eternal, including a DRM-free download version as well.

JAST has submitted an application to Steam as well. It's likely that Steam may reject the application simply on the grounds that JAST also sells adult games.

Hahaha, poor Jast. They took however many years to translate the PC version, and then months after theirs came out a superior version appears.

I've suggested they could work with a gaming company used to dealing with the PSP, like XSEED or Aksys, so they could release the PSP version.

I know it'd probably be DD, but at least it could allow for JAST USA to start branching off as well, plus they already have both the license and the script, they would just need to tweak the game.

This is an H game though >.>

It has story and gameplay, but there's still h scenes I'm pretty positive.
