Going to play this for Halloween. What do I need to know?

I got this game shortly after Halloween last year and decided I'd hold off to this year to play through it. So here we are in October with Halloween coming up in two and a half weeks and I'm going to get going on this thing. What kinds of things should I have in mind before I get playing? I know that after you beat the game there's a New Game+ with a different ending, but that you should get the last world's dolls on your first time because there's nothing to do in that world the second time. What else? Are any dolls permanently missable or anything?

I guess you can call these tips in a way. There may be some spoilers but i have did my best to dimm them down

This game has Random encounters

[Cards]
Keep an eye out for the cards they will always be in the same place these provide permanent stat increases they will appear as a monster and will run first chance they get, so if it did get away exit the area and re enter then head back to the area you fought it.

Watch out for the death monster it can kill you in a certain amount of turns so kill it quick

Take your Time when casting ancient magic you can mess up pretty easy

After Finishing the six kingdoms There will be one doll that you can acquire after defeating a certain boss Enter shadow town and talk to the guy blocking the way. ( id say this doll is one of the best)

There will be a crystal Scattered throughout each kingdom as soon as you finish That specific kingdom and get the Sigal you can break these and get that doll
Explore each dungeon carefully you may just find a doll ( i know i did)

Make sure you always have a tomato handy. (its a revive item)

The puzzles can be really irritating but they will always have a solution

Oh and Once you finish they game the will be a door icon in which you can click to play blackjack

Almost forgot. I finished this game a few days ago and wanted to let future players know that the card in the Path of Reincarnation is one-time-only. Nothing else can be missed.

Also, there are two endings in the game. The first one you get is the normal ending. Then after that the game restarts but this time a certain path in one of the Kingdoms (I think it's the forest one, might have been feudal era setting) that was previously closed will reopen (I think the sign will say something about rebirth or reincarnation, I forget). If you enter that area you'll learn the truth about a certain someone. It's kind of sad. Anyway, you HAVE to go there and I think it can be missable, I dunno.

Anyway, if you view that special scene, then the final boss stage and battle will be different and you'll get the True Ending which is a major cliffhanger/sequel hook. Too bad the game didn't sell so we'll never get one...
