according to this, Japan actually pirates more then we do (percentage wise) although the largest offenders are Indonesia, China, and few other countries.

THE POINT is we didnt get it here because of US pirates.

Sega deemed US sales of the psp game so low, that it wasnt worth localizing the third game here. Why do you think sales were low hmm? Is it because you dont even need to buy psp games? Yeah I think thats it. ♦

Depends if one actually has a PSP to play the game on.
As I'd probably would be one of those who'd buy the game if I had one, but they switched platforms (and went sideways, as there's no upgrading to the next generation console here) mid-series which probably also didn't help.
I have a feeling more people in this half of the world have a PS3 than a PSP, or at least prefer to use it.

Even with japanese pirating games, people still actually buy enough so its worthwhile to do projects.

It isnt really worthwhile to localize psp games anymore.

Well, that's fairly obviously not true, as the DS blows it completely out of the water by such a wide margin it's not even funny.
