Not sure what you mean by "where is it from" but it's available for pre-order from several websites. Check out the Anime Figure Discussion thread for a convenient list of retailers.

Not sure what you meant either, but FauxSho (gotta say, love the s/n by the way) pretty much said it.

I think it's also safe to assume all figures of Japanese-made games will always originate from Japan (if this was what the question was about). Other countries might get the rights to produce them as well, but they usually use the same molds as the original Japanese figures use...so really all that ultimately changes is packaging and *perhaps* paint color choices.

I think it's also safe to say that America will never seek the rights from GUST to make merchandise, given the odds that they'd not make enough money, so yeah...Import only...
